1955 Commander Sedan

This car was Brisbane delivered “without wheels or jack” according to the build sheet which accompanies the car.  I have had her since 1987, being the third owner, during which time we have covered a few miles.

The engine has just had a complete rebuild and everything else mechanical is in excellent working order.

The car is original in every way and no attempt has been made to modernize or ‘concourse’ the car.

All paint is original except where it has deteriorated to the point where structural Damage would occur if something was not done. I would hope that she passes to someone who intends to maintain her in this condition as you cannot buy 50 year old paint.  She responds well to polish and attention and shines on quite well.
